Wow — what an incredible response to the release of our first video and the latest update to our blog. I’ve already heard from several other owners who’ve experienced similar promises, delays, and disappointments.
One owner even shared a letter with me today that sheds more light on the situation. From what I understand, Cortes Campers continues to fall short when it comes to honoring warranties or reimbursing customers — at least not in any timely or consistent way.
As always, this is just my personal opinion and interpretation — but I’m curious, what do you think?
